TERMS + CONDITIONS

By purchasing our products you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. 

Please understand that our products are hand-made, therefore there will be small variations between each product. 

SHIPPING

Made-to-order pieces will take up to 20 working days after the order is placed to be shipped.

Orders will be shipped with Royal Mail or UPS.

A confirmation email will be sent once the  order is confirmed and another one once the parcel is shipped with the tracking number.

Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties or customs that your country might charge. If the customer by any chance refuses tu pay the import duties of its own country and the shipment is returned to the sender, the shipping fee will deducted from the customer.
