Verdant Mini

£440.00

A high-waisted mini skirt in sheer lime green 100% natural silk chiffon, hand-felted in our London atelier with fine Merino wool in red, burgundy and black floral formations. Cut with an irregular hem that moves freely with the body, the skirt is constructed with a double layer of silk chiffon to ensure coverage and a fluid, lightweight fall. As each shirt is hand-felted individually, the placement of the floral formations will vary from piece to piece, no two shirts are identical.
A wide irregular waistband provides structure, with a concealed zip fastening at the back. Designed to be worn as a set with the Verdant Shirt or as a standalone piece.

Care Instructions

This is a delicate piece that requires gentle handling. The best way to freshen it up is with a gentle steam. For full wash, delicate hand wash in cold water with minimal friction. Avoid rubbing directly on the felted flowers, as this may cause the wool to felt further or lose its shape. Do not wring or machine wash. Lay flat to dry away from direct heat or sunlight.

As with all wool garments, some pilling may occur over time; this is a characteristic of the fibre, not a flaw. We recommend using a fabric shaver occasionally to keep your piece looking its best.
